Grief is a deeply personal journey, and no two experiences of loss are ever the same. At HEARTS AND MIND, bereavement support is offered with sensitivity, compassion, and an understanding built over decades of walking alongside people through some of the most difficult periods of their lives. Losing someone you love can shatter your sense of stability and identity, leaving you unsure of how to move forward. Here, you will find a gentle and grounded space to talk, reflect, and grieve in your own time and your own way.
Together, we explore the emotional complexity of your loss — whether it involves sadness, guilt, anger, confusion, or the numbness that sometimes follows. I do not push you to “move on” but instead help you move through, recognising that grief can be both a painful and a transformative experience.
Using a person-centred approach, we honour your relationship with the person you lost, and we work to rebuild your sense of meaning, person centred, and hope. My role is to provide steady support as you learn to integrate your loss into the ongoing story of your life. You don’t have to navigate grief alone. Here, your feelings are valid, your pace is respected, and your story matters.
